Highway to Slovakia!

Yes, it was long way to Slovakia..not on the highway but going to Highway:) the conference.

I attended the national conference last week in Slovakia.
Venue: 3 stars hotel in High Tatras, an amazing view of the mountains and surrounded by snow all around.

Getting there...well, some 2 days of travelling (including the stay in Warsaw for waiting the train).
Lots of missunderstandings with the tickets...lots of worries and unslept nights...but it was all worth it:).

The conference had around 230 delegates. I was a faci at the oldies agenda and we had around 80 oldies present. We were only working in hoemgroups and I had the best one! We were called Mumuland, the most optimistic and energetic people in the conference. We were joyful and always happy, we had the best team spirit ever and we were the loudest there:).

The conference objective was motivation for leadership and self-reflection for each individual. We had interesting sessions addressing their values and vision. It was more than inspiring even for us, the faci team. It was hard and challenging, we barely had breaks and we were all the time there, with 11 other individuals waiting for our reactions and comments. We had outdoor activities in the snow for some hours and we were totally freezing but it was more than fun!

What I learnt is that people matter:) and that if you open your heart, people around can inspire you very much! My dear Mumu team, you inspired me so much through your feelings and deep thoughts! I loved every minute spent with you and I hope to meet again!

I hope our Mumu spirit will continue surviving!
And thank you AIESEC Slovakia, you are great!

Until next time, enjoy winter!

PS: Bratislava is nice, even if a small little capital!
