October 2007 - after Energy 2007.
Energy is a Baltic AIESEC conference. This year it happened in Estonia, Tartu. Around 200 delegates, 13 facis, 1 very nice chair and 7 OC members. 2 days of pre-meeting and 3 days of conference. Venue - a school:). Interesting to sleep on the floor:)
Actually, the best conference I had for some time...
I rediscovered some parts of me that I was hiding for a while...I rediscovered how crazy I can be and how much I appreciate friendship and teamwork. I discovered that if you are not satisfied with your life you can change it!
I realized how much I appreciate people around me!
I realized that I need motivation to move on...and that I want to move on and reach higher!
The faci team was absolutely great. We were so diverse and also not knowing each other before . Still we made a great team and everything worked well. We had some missunderstandings and some miss communication, but it turned out well in the end.
I learned how to handle stress, how to challenge myself (I had my first plenary session in front of 200 people), how to manage emoti
ons in difficult times, how to adapt to people.The only thing that I missed was the possibility to connect more with my country. I wish I spoke more to my dear Latvians. But time is not my enemy yet:P
I wish you all such an experience...I enjoyed it...Come to the Baltics!
